TOPAZETTE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE/ RETURN

  • All exchange/ return will only be accepted with a valid tracking number via Singpost registered mail (or any courier services with tracking number).
  • We will not be able to do any meet up for exchange.
  • All exchange/ return will be issued a store voucher for you to re-purchase the items on the website. 
  • We do not do cash refund for all items purchased on site unless item purchased is out of stock due to our inventory issue when you first place the order. There is no refund if the item you want to exchange to is out of stock.
  • Upon successful return of the parcel, you will be issued a 14 days store voucher to purchase the size/ design that you want on the website itself.
  • Exchange is subjected to availability and no reservation will be made.
  • Please write in to us at sales@topazette.com if you need to exchange/ return an order and wait for a confirmation email before mailing back.

  • Items on sale or purchased with use of any discount code (including first time 10% discount code, store voucher redeemed and giveaway vouchers) 

 

WRONG SIZE? DESIGN DOES NOT SUIT YOU?

  • With effect from 25 October 2018, all exchanges for local orders will be issued a 14 days store voucher. 
  • For deliveries via courier, all request for exchange will have to be within 10 days from the day you receive the parcel. Any request after 10 days will not be accepted. For deliveries via Singpost Normal Mail, all request will have to be sent in within 10 working days from date of despatch. We will not accept any exchange/ return for request sent in after the eligible time frame. As long as you have sent in the request within the time frame and fulfill the conditions, we will accept your exchange.
  • You will then be able to use the voucher to re-purchase the item you want.
  • Voucher value issued will be the amount that you have paid for the item and does not include shipping fees.
  • Exchange parcel will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date we receive your parcel.
  • Voucher cannot be extended and will be forfeited if unused. Store voucher does not include postage fees.
  • Exchange for overseas order is subjected to full postage charges.
  • Please email sales@topazette.com if your order is eligible for an exchange and we will guide you on the procedure.
  • Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag from our apparel has been removed.
  • All items must be in their original plastic packaging, unworn and unwashed. Otherwise, it will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • Exchange can only be done once per item.
  • If item is urgently needed, please place a new order for the item required and we will issue you with a 30 days store voucher upon receiving the returned parcel.
  • All return postage will be borne by buyer if item received is found to be non eligible for exchange upon receipt of the parcel.
  • All exchange/ return will be deemed as complete if there is no response within 30 days. We will strictly not be able to proceed with any exchange/ return after 30 days from our acknowledgement of receipt.

  

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • We sincerely apologize if the item that you have ordered is not available due to a wrong inventory count or defect.
  • You may opt for a change of design/ colour or a full refund.
  • A full refund will be made within 5-10 working days if you opt for it.
    Payment will be made to your bank account/ debit/ credit card/ Paypal depending on your payment mode.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    • We sincerely apologize for mailing a defective item to you. We do check all apparels before mailing out.
      However, as all checks are done manually, our packers may miss out on some details at time. 
      Please email sales@topazette.com and provide us with your order number along with snapshots of the defect and we will guide you on the exchange process.
    • The defect will have to be reported within 10 days from date of receiving the parcel. 
    • Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
  • We will decide to do the exchange via courier or postage method. If the defect is obvious and does not require further checks, we will send a courier to do a 1-1 exchange with you as soon as we can.
  • If the item requires further review by our team as defect may be minimal, it will be done via postage. $1.50 will be reimbursed via store voucher if defect is found.


WRONG ITEM SENT

  • We sincerely apologise for mixing up your order and will arrange for a 1-1 exchange as soon as possible!
  • Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.

 

Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

TOPAZETTE reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions at any point in time without prior notice. TOPAZETTE decision is final.
