EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ONLINE ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED/ RETURNED IN OUR RETAIL STORE.
WRONG SIZE/ DESIGN DOES NOT SUIT YOU?
We accept returns for a 30 days store voucher (effective from the date of issue) if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please note that this does not apply to one size/ free size items, lingerie, accessories, bags, activewear, swimwear and/ or any order placed with a discount code. (loyalty code, first timer discount code, give away voucher etc).
Please note that all exchange for sizes are also issued with a store voucher and you can use it to re-purchase the correct sizes.
Postage charges for return parcels are borne by the buyer.
Store voucher can only be used to purchase products from our online store and has to be utilised in a single transaction. Store voucher does not cover shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase TPZ gift cards. Store voucher cannot be extended and we do not process any cash refund for any excess amount that is not utilised.
Please note that all new orders placed with the exchange/return voucher code will not be eligible for further exchange/ return.
Overseas customers can also return the purchase if it fulfils the requirements. However, there may be some postage deduction from your store voucher as we subsidise both delivery fees for your initial order as well as your new order. It will be advised on a case-by-case basis.
HOW TO RETURN A PARCEL TO US?
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item name(s) that you wish to return within 10 days (for local/ overseas order who opted for courier option) and within 14 days (for normal mail local orders).
All returned parcel has to reach us within 15 days from date of despatch for courier option and within 20 days from despatch for local normal mail.
2. We will advise you on the procedure via email. All exchange/ return will only be accepted with a valid tracking number via Singpost registered mail (or any courier services with tracking number). No meet up for exchange/ return.
3. Returned parcel will be processed within 7 to 14 working days (excludes weekend and public holiday) upon receipt of your parcel and your voucher code will be sent to you via email.
In order for a product to be eligible for an exchange/ return, it has to be in its original condition and packaging, with our brand tag intact, not worn or washed (without any perfume/ detergent smell).
We will advise for postage fees to return any parcel that is deemed to be ineligible for an exchange/ return. All exchange/return will be deemed as complete if unclaimed for 30 days.
TOPAZETTE reserves the rights to decline any exchange/ return should we find that it does not fulfill the above conditions.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- We sincerely apologize if the item that you have ordered is not available due to a wrong inventory count or defect.
- You may opt for a change of design/ colour or a full refund.
- A full refund will be made within 5-10 working days if you opt for it.
Payment will be made to your bank account/ debit/ credit card/ Paypal depending on your payment mode.
- We sincerely apologize for mailing a defective item to you. We do check all apparels before mailing out.
However, as all checks are done manually, our packers may miss out on some details at time.
Please email email@example.com and provide us with your order number along with snapshots of the defect and we will guide you on the exchange process.
- The defect will have to be reported within 10 days for local and overseas order shipped via courier and within 14 days for local orders shipped via normal mail.
- Exchange will only be done if item is in its original condition. Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
- Store voucher will only be issued if the exact piece is no longer available. Otherwise, we will only do an exchange for the exact piece.
- We do not accept defect(s) due to colour run, shrinking sizes after soaking or washing. We strongly advise our customers to hand wash all apparels. Do not soak. Please refer to our product care page for more information.
- Measurement difference less than 1 inch may not be considered as a defect. Product colour difference due to strong studio lighting may not be considered as a defect.

- We will decide to do the exchange via courier or postage method. If the defect is obvious and does not require further checks, we will send a courier to do a 1-1 exchange with you as soon as we can.
- If the item requires further review by our team as defect may be minimal, it will be done via postage. $1.50 will be reimbursed via store voucher if defect is found.
WRONG ITEM SENT
- We sincerely apologise for mixing up your order and will arrange for a 1-1 exchange as soon as possible! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a snapshot of the item that you have received.
- Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.
