EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
[For online orders]
Online orders cannot be returned in our retail store.
We accept return for a 90 days store voucher (effective from the date of issue) if you are unsatisfied with your purchase provided they meet the requirements stated below.
Each store voucher can only be used once, not stackable with any other discount code and does not include shipping fee. There will be no refund for any excess amount that is unused. Orders placed using a store voucher will not be eligible for another return.
Please note that we do not do size exchange. All items that are not suitable will be returned for store vouchers. You may then repurchase the size that you want or pick another design. Please do note that we do not do any reservation.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
✓ Parcel received within 10 days (as per our tracking record) from our official website www.topazette.com only
✘ No discount code used for your order (except first timer code and weekly 10% discount code)
✓ Tag is still intact in original packaging, not worn/ washed, no perfume/ detergent smell
✓ Item is not a one size item, lingerie, swimwear and/or accessories
✘ We do not accept return if you have purchased the item from a third-party.
1. Email in to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return within 10 days from the date you receive the parcel. Subject: Return order TPZxxxxxx (Your order number)
The date you received the parcel is as per our courier tracking record
2. A return procedure will be sent to you if your order is eligible for a return. We only accept return via Qdelivery with effect from 22 March 2021. Please wait for our confirmation before returning any parcel.
Postage charges for return parcels are borne by the buyer.
Overseas customers can also return the purchase if it fulfils the requirements. However, there may be some postage deduction from your store voucher as we subsidise both delivery fees for your initial order as well as your new order. It will be advised on a case-by-case basis.
TOPAZETTE reserves the rights to decline any return should we find that it does not fulfill the above conditions. A re-delivery fee of SGD4.50 applies to return the parcel back to you.
All rejected exchange/return will be deemed as complete if unclaimed for 30 days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM
- We sincerely apologize if the item that you have ordered is not available due to a wrong inventory count or defect.
- You may opt for a change of design/ colour or a full refund.
- A full refund will be made within 5-10 working days if you opt for it.
Payment will be made to your bank account/ debit/ credit card/ Paypal depending on your payment mode.
- We sincerely apologize for mailing a defective item to you. We do check all apparels before mailing out.
- However, as all checks are done manually, our packers may miss out on some details at time.
- Please email email@example.com and provide us with a snapshot of your order invoice along with clear snapshot(s) of the defect and we will guide you on the exchange process.
- The defect will have to be reported within 10 days for both local and overseas order from the date you received it (as indicated on courier tracking). All defect reported after 10 days will not be eligible for any exchange or return.
- Exchange will only be done if item is in its original condition. Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
- Store voucher will only be issued if the exact piece is no longer available. Otherwise, we will only do an exchange for the exact piece.
- We do not accept defect(s) due to colour run, shrinking sizes after soaking or washing. We strongly advise our customers to hand wash all apparels. Do not soak. Please refer to our product care page for more information.
- Measurement difference less than 1 inch may not be considered as a defect. Product colour difference due to strong studio lighting may not be considered as a defect.

- Our team will advise on exchange/ return procedure for the defective item(s) as soon as we can.
WRONG ITEM SENT
- We sincerely apologise for mixing up your order and will arrange for a 1-1 exchange as soon as possible! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a snapshot of the item that you have received.
- Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from our apparel and/ or if item is no longer in original packaging/ washed or worn.
Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.
TOPAZETTE reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions at any point in time without prior notice. TOPAZETTE decision is final.
