1) Creative intern (Full time/ Part time)
2) Creative executive (Full time/ Part time) 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in photoshoot with detailed storyboard and concept
  • Weekly product flat-lay shoot in both image and video
  • Design and produce graphics and video for social media content
  • Brainstorm and contribute to creative content for social media
  • Work together/experiment to create new ideas for interactive design materials
  • Ensuring that all campaigns are carried out timely 
  • Photo and video editing 
  • Research as needed
  • Provide support on tasks assigned 

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and creative eye or aesthetics in colour and typography
  • Energetic self-starter who is able to work well in a small team and independently
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Able to shoot using a DSLR / video camera
  • Proficient in Adobe suites software
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships

Education/Experience:

Currently attending or recent graduate of a college or university majoring in design or related course of study.

Hands on experience with:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
  • Google docs/ sheets
Work Schedule:

Intern's work schedule may be flexible, but should be consistent. Minimum commitment of 4 months. 
Part time: Minimum 2 days per week
Full time: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm


Opportunity to convert to full time creative executive for interns.
Availability: Immediate



3) Marketing intern (Full time) 

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on target audience and market trends to assist the team in planning new campaigns
  • Reaching out and liaising with collaborations
  • Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content 
  • Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
  • Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
  • Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
  • Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
  • Ability to translate complex research into common language
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Familiarity with consumer psychology and buying habits
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information
  • Organization and time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships

Education/Experience:

Currently attending or recent graduate of a college or university majoring in marketing or related course of study

Work Schedule:

Minimum commitment of 4 months. 
Full time: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

4) Operations executive (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Handles daily orders
  • Stock taking and inventory management 
  • Assist in preparation for photoshoots and live 
  • Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements: 

  • Meticulous and detail oriented 
  • Excellent attention to numbers and colours
  • Able to work fast under a tight timeline 
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships

Work Schedule:

  • Able to commit 1 to 2 days a week (Monday and Thursday preferred)
  • Minimum commitment of 4 months
  • Availability: Immediate


5) Operations intern (Full time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Handles daily orders and emails
  • Stock taking and inventory management 
  • Assist in preparation for photoshoots and live 
  • Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements: 

  • Meticulous and detail oriented 
  • Customer oriented and possess good critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to numbers and colours
  • Able to work fast under a tight timeline 
  • Independent and highly motivated individual
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships

Work Schedule:

  • Minimum commitment of 4 months
  • Availability: Immediate

6) Creative talents/ try ons (Part time) 

Key responsibilities:

  • Shoot video content for social media
  • Try on videos for content purposes

Requirements: 

  • Confident in front of the camera
  • Fluent and proficient in English language 
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • All sizes are welcomed
  • Casting is required before confirmation 

Work Schedule:
Must be able to commit at least once a week either on Monday, Tuesday or Friday 3 to 6pm. Remuneration will be provided.
