TikTok Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY RETURN REQUEST ON TIKTOK!

By purchasing from us, you agree to the following return policy:

1. No Returns & Exchanges on TikTok for Sale/ Star Buy Item(s)
   All purchases for Sale/ Star buys made via TikTok are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before making a purchase.

2. Wrong Size Bought (Regular-Priced Items/New Arrivals)
   If you have purchased the wrong size for a regular-priced item or new arrival, you may request a return by emailing sales@topazette.com. Do not initiate a return request on TikTok, as all returns processed through TikTok will be considered final and non-refundable. Approval for returns is subject to our review and must meet our return criteria.

3. Appealed Returns Will Be Deemed Forfeited
   If a return request is successfully appealed and approved by Tiktok, the item will be deemed forfeited. You will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

4. Final Sale Policy
   Due to platform restrictions and our store policy, all TikTok purchases are considered final sale. Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.

5. Defective or Wrong Item Received
   If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@topazette.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will assess the claim on a case-by-case basis.
