You may log in to your account and look under My orders to check on the status and retrieve the tracking number.

All tracking number can be traced via https://sg.pickupp.io/en/tracking

If you have any issue with the delivery, you may use the "Live Chat" section to communicate with our courier help desk.

For overseas orders (DHL Express)

Our current overseas courier partner is DHL Express.

You may log in to your account and look under My orders to check on the status and retrieve the tracking number.

All tracking number can be traced via https://www.dhl.com/sg-en/home/tracking/

*Please take note that tax issues is settled by the buyer and if you are required to pay for taxes to clear the parcel, you will have to do so as this is not within our control.
